Climbing the Walls

The climbing hydrangea is one of my favorite vining plants.  It climbs without support, so just give it an arbor, wall or other structure and watch it reach for the sky.  The climbing hydrangea has white flowers which bloom in midsummer, deep green leaves and an interesting bark which exfoliates.

Lovely, well-composed photos. Thanks for posting these gems.

    • Thank you Cathy. I love climbing hydrangea and glad you do as well. They’re not in full bloom yet but when i saw how lush they were at this stage I had to snap them! Thanks again! J
