The Rustic Chic Butterfly Bush

I recently came across this single Butterfly Bush growing wild along the side of a country road.  We used to have them in our front hayfield and they would be covered with all types of butterflies, hence their Rustic Chic moniker.  I would have passed it by had it not been blazing in all its deep, flaming orange shooting up from a sea of dark green underbrush.  You can get Butterfly Bush from your nursery in a host of other colors and they make beautiful cut arrangements that last up to two weeks!!  Long-lived and beautiful make the Butterfly Bush one of my favorite Rustic Chic flowers.
