I was thoroughly enchanted when I recently came upon Mark A. Perry’s rustic chic folk art sculptures at the Architectural Digest Show in New York. Mark’s work is firmly rooted in Early American folk art which serves as the foundation for his work. His forms, whether made from iron, bronze or wood are bold, energetic and, as Mark describes them, “naive”. The day-to-day subjects of his work range from running horse weather vanes, whimsical roosters and charming goats. Mark welcomes commissions and all of his works are available in the client’s choice of sizes and finishes.
