Jeep – America’s Contribution to Rustic Chic Transportation

Advertisement for Jeep CJ-3B

The Jeep is quintessentially American.  You can read tons of interesting history about this all-terrain vehicle on the web but here’s a brief synopsis:  made for military use in WWII and the origin of  its name (subject to dispute) is a slurring of the acronym “G.P”, which some say meant “General Purpose”.

My mission – find ’em in orange, pronounce ’em rustic chic, post ’em.

And even though I think the orange Jeeps are lots of fun, I really prefer the 2010 Jeep Wrangler 2-door Sahara Unlimited in dark charcoal.  It’s my vote for Most Rustic Chic Vehicle.
